Foggy is a concept eyewear that takes fogging up of glasses in the winter as a fun effect, rather than something pesty. This concept takes fogging up to make beautiful patterns aroung the rims of a normally clear eyewear. This is done by coating fogging preventing materials only on parts we don’t want fogging up. When moving from a cold place to a warmer place, a pattern will appear as a surprise. This pattern can be shapes, messages, or even logo advertisements. This way, we took a normally bothersome thing to a new experience.

Gangneung Danoje Sculpture was a design work for Gangneung’s famous traditional festival. This sculpture was to be placed outside in the grounds of the area where the festival takes place every year. This sculpture is a symbol of tradition, and Danoje festival. There were many images of the festival to take inspiration from. This sculpture suggestion was inspired from the traditional clothes worn in religious rites of this day, and also the fire burning event. The overall shape is a symbol of harmony, adoration of ancestors, and yearly flames.

Spylien Prince (2008)

treats/volume 2011. 6. 9. 23:13 |
Spylien Prince is an interactive toy that can be enjoyed in the water, like in swimming pools. The name Spylien Prince is derived from the combination of spy, alien, and prince. This sneaky alien has landed on Earth on his UFO to take over the world. However, humans were much larger and stronger than he expected! Spylien Prince looks around for humans to abduct and picks a target to follow around, but when he gets a bit too close he is to afraid to go any nearer and stops still. This is an interactive toy that follows sounds from nearby. It gives feedback with leds decorating the neck of the alien, and the motor inside the UFO lets the toy swim around in water. This is a toy for children and adults to enjoy while playing in the water.
